Build an enclosure for an electronics project using any tool(s) or technique(s) you like. Make sure that you can get back inside to make repairs, change batteries, modify, etc. The enclosure should have multiple components: buttons, switches, sliders, connectors, display lights, dials, etc.

Inspiration

This time, I wanna give my deer-look jewelry organizer a more stable base and add some LEDs, various buttons and a battery.

I used the caliper to measure the thickness of the board and tries with different numbers to get the perfect hollow size.

To make the sheet fully cut through, I'd better run it twice.

I made another acrylic installation as a replacement.

The enclosure I bought is a photo frame actually. What I need to do is just to get rid of the glass sheet and use my laser cutter acrylic sheet instead to make it a new enclosure.

I spend some time trying to find the perfect size of the hollow part.
